Have Groove Will Travel

And speaking of talented (in this case ex) locals, I am eagerly awaiting the soon to be released "Have Groove Will Travel" CD from Lane Stowe.

Lane played the local circuit while he was in town, but hails from upstate New York. Supremely versatile, he is accomplished in jazz, R&B, Rock and Roll, funk and gospel. Having studied jazz guitar with Steve Brown (Jazz) and vocals with David Riley (New York Voices), Lane's worked with a gamut of talent, including Lew Tabackin, Marvin Stamm, Tony Levin, Jack DeJohnette, Bernard Purdie, Chris Vadala, Steve Gilmore, Gus Mancini, Pat Cerello, Tom Hamilton, Ed Alstrom, Freddie Hendrix, Jan Stevens and Rick Altman.

Lane, if you're reading this, when the CD is out, will you let us know where to purchase a copy!??!! And for those inclined, drop by his blog and wave hello: Lane's Place

Hi Ranceman,

You're welcome, it was fun to drop by. I don't have a site, I've been a vocalist/musician for 20some years but was with cover bands, no originals. I left my last gig years ago and am just getting back into playing again.
